Across continents, into Suwanee

A chef’s journey, served one plate at a time.

Born in South Korea and raised in Argentina, chef-owner Hak Sung Kim brought experience as a chef, culinary instructor and entrepreneur to Georgia. Together with partner Kim Joon Dong, he opened Brunch at Peony in August 2022.

The idea: respect traditional American brunch, bring in European inspiration, and make every plate feel distinctive without losing warmth or value.
